We ship all orders within 1-2 business days from our headquarters in Berkeley, CA. You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as we create a shipping label for your order.

We offer free US ground shipping on all orders over $100. We offer free international shipping on all orders over $200. Please make sure to select these shipping options at checkout if applicable.

We accept returns on full-price products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and with all original packaging/tags. We do not accept returns on any discounted products.

To return a product that meets the above criteria, please contact us at support@good-fishing.co for authorization. Once authorized, we will send you a prepaid return label you can use to ship the product back to us.

We will process your refund within 1-2 business days after we receive the return. Refunds are credited back to the form of payment used on the original order, and typically post within 3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card company.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will gladly accommodate exchange requests within 14 days of delivery, as long as the exchange involves a different size in the same product. Products must be in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and with all original packaging/tags.

To exchange a product that meets the above criteria, please contact us at support@good-fishing.co for authorization. If your desired size is in stock, we’ll authorize your exchange and send you a prepaid return label you can use to ship the original product back to us. We will then send out the exchange product 1-2 business days after the return is on its way.

Valid discount codes can be entered at checkout, and will be reflected in your order summary. Unfortunately we are not able to extend discount codes past their expiration date.

We are only able to offer price adjustments on products that have been permanently marked down on final sale. We will accommodate price adjustment requests within 3 days of the original purchase, but it is the customer’s responsibility to request the adjustment by contacting us at support@good-fishing.co.

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) as well as PayPal.

We also accept Afterpay and Shop Pay if you'd like to break down your payment into 4 interest-free installments.

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipping within California in accordance with local sales tax rates.
